Information about the minimum requirements for hardware and operating systems when using PASSforcare

Web Browser

PASS is supported on the latest version of Google Chrome.

Phones & Tablets

  • The new PASSforcare app is compatible with both iOS and Android operating systems.

  • Android devices must be running Android 9.0 (Pie) or above. The latest available version is 14 . Please see the table below for when support will cease

Please note that Android 9, 10 & 11 will cease to be supported from 04/02/2025

  • iOS devices must be running iOS 16 or above. The latest available version is 17 Please see the table below for when support will cease

    Please note that IOS 16 will be ceased at a time to be decided when IOS 18 is released.

  • For Android users, Android Enterprise Recommended devices will benefit from regular security updates from Google, and a guarantee of at least one additional major OS upgrade. When purchasing new devices for use with PASS, everyLIFE recommends that the device operating system is no more than 2 versions old. This will maximise the longevity of support from Google and everyLIFE.

  • End of Support dates for the Android operating system vary based on the device manufacturer. everyLIFE uses the date of the final update for each operating system version to determine the End of Support date for PASS.

  • Please refer to the table below for the PASS End of Support date and End of Use date for each operating system. everyLIFE reserves the right to update these dates at our discretion.

  • Smartphone screen resolution must be 480 x 800 pixels or higher.

  • Tablet screen resolution must be 1280 x 800 pixels or higher.

  • WiFi or 3G/4G/5G ready

  • Data usage of the app will vary depending on the number of customers, documents and images downloaded to the app, and frequency of usage.

Televisions & Monitors

You may wish to display PASS via a web browser on a TV or Monitor in your office. Your SMART enabled television must allow the use of Google Chrome.
