Total hours now displayed on the Invoice Overview screen
You can now see the total hours and minutes charged at the top of each invoice's Overview screen, alongside Total visits and Total charge. The total is shown in the format 12 hrs 30 mins and updates automatically as visits on the invoice are added, amended or removed.
This makes it quicker and easier to validate an invoice against the hours agreed with a funder or council, without needing to add up visit durations by hand.
The total is shown on both approved and unapproved invoices, so you can check the hours before you approve an invoice as well as after.
Please note: this total reflects the charged duration of each visit. Where your charge rules (such as rounding or minimum visit length) cause charged time to differ from the actual time on the visit, the figure shown will be the charged amount.
